Dr. Radtke is a board-certified urologist who completed a fellowship in Robotic Surgery and Endourology at Loyola University Medical Center — an additional year of training focused exclusively on minimally invasive techniques.

He serves as Chair of the Robotics Steering Committee for St. Vincent's and St. Mary's Hospital, was one of the first surgeons to operate on the da Vinci 5, and was the first urologist in Wisconsin to use intraoperative 3D modeling for robotic partial nephrectomy.

At St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, Dr. Radtke was the first surgeon to perform both a robotic radical prostatectomy and a robotic partial nephrectomy.

How long is recovery after a vasectomy?

Most patients return to light activities within two to three days and resume normal activity within a week.

How long will I be out of work after robotic surgery?

Most patients with desk jobs return to work within 1–2 weeks. If your job involves heavy lifting or physical labor, plan for 4–6 weeks. Dr. Radtke will give you specific guidance based on your procedure and recovery.
